I wanted him to sleep coz I didn't know how long this pain was gonna last.I was a little convinced that it was simply false labour.</div><div> </div><div>Surfed the internet for last minute labour advice before deciding that I was indeed in true labour. Timed my contractions.It was regular. 1 in 3mins . Regular and intense . I tolerated as long as possible. But I was afraid that it would alarmed dh if I decide to wait too long.</div><div> </div><div>So @ about 3am, decided to wake dh to prepare to go hospital. @ the hospital, to my dismay I was only 4cm opened! But the pain was excruciating this time round.Wanted to go drug-free but decided at the last minute to go for epidural.</div><div> </div><div>Wrong move.</div><div> </div><div>With epidural, strangely I was settled for only about 5 mins before I could still feel all the pain.Dh went off for breakfast,thinking it would still be a long time.The moment dh went down, my nurse checked on me.I was 8cm dilated!</div><div> </div><div>Called dh back(luckily he didn't choked on his breakfast).By the time he came back,I was ready to push.</div><div> </div><div>And out came....our baby......finally...</div><div> </div><div>(trust me.....this is the shortest version of my birth story)</div><div> </div><div> </div><br /><div></div><br /><div></div><br /><br /><div></div><br /><br /><div></div><br /><br /><div></div><br /><br /><div></div></div></div><div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/4247604222541241304-8599800377827687916?l=hapifamili.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>mamayasminnoreply@blogger.com1
